We have over 35 years of combined experience caring for people with all kinds of mental and emotional health challenges

From moderate depression to psychiatric illness, we have dedicated our lives to caring for the emotional health of individuals.
We have been married for over 30 years and have had many adventures together.
From overcoming the challenges of university together, while raising 5 children, to supporting organizations in developing nations.
Most recently we spent 5 years supporting a center in Kenya that cares for women and abandoned children.

Together, we will explore the issues that are causing you distress and develop practical skills such as coping strategies, goal setting, and behavioral activation.
